The Borno state governor has empowered over 5000 youths in the state with shoe shinning kits, bags of oranges, and wheel barrows.

This gesture we think is a plan to extend his place on the seat. This had cause jubilations in the state.

These shoe shinning kits has already been equipped with polish and brush for the empowered youths.
